Public Interest litigation
EFL carries out Public Interest Litigation of issues of national importance. Currently EFL appears as an intervenient party on the invitation of the Supreme Court with regard to sand mining and noise pollution.

Public nuisance cases
We carry out Public Nuisance cases where localised environmental issues that affect several parties are addressed. Public Nuisance litigations are usually filed against polluting industries, local government authorities who fail to carry out their duties resulting in environmental and health hazards.
